At Crystals by Riya, we carefully pack and dispatch every order so your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Customised or made-to-order pieces may take an additional 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across India
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available on select pin codes at checkout)
• Remote / non-metro areas: may take up to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime from My Orders in your account.

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track any delayed shipment.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
